Teamleiter Prüfung & Montage / Medizintechnik (m/w/d)

In this key role, you will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a production team in the assembly and inspection of medical devices. You are responsible not only for the smooth operation of the daily business, but also design the active development of our production processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the electrical or mechatronic field
• IPC-A-610 training desired
• Several years of professional experience in the productive environment, as well as first leadership experience
• Well-developed analytical and technical understanding
• Affinity for innovation and optimization of processes
• High quality awareness and structured working method
• Funded knowledge of MS-Office applications
• Good English skills in word and writing
• Performance readiness, responsibility awareness, communication skills, and social competence
