Crown is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- Construction-related degree or equivalent (Construction Science or Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site or Project Management role within the roofing and cladding sector
- Strong ability to read and interpret roofing and construction drawings and specifications
- Sound knowledge of roofing and cladding construction methods, safety codes, and best practice
- Excellent communication, supervisory, and people-management skills
- High IT proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); Microsoft Project advantageous
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Full, current driving licence
