Job Description
Mfg Engineer I - Materials at Crown Equipment Corporation. Lead or support the implementation of improved manufacturing processes using Lean methodology and tools. Guide, direct and supervise Lean and CI personnel, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or a two-year degree along with five years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment or with no degree ten years’ relevant experience
- Technical skills and training such as CAD layout, simulation, problem solving, and training are desired
- Excellent communication skills amongst shop floor, support staff, and plant leadership
- Ability to lead and execute small/large teams and projects
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to train others
