Service Advisor

North County Ford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dealership staff and customers. The role involves working directly with customers on their vehicle repair needs and requires excellent customer service skills and knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

Requirements

• Ford experience preferred
• Skill and ability to apply and perform basic accounting functions
• Skill and ability to use personal computers and related software applications
• Must have general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Orientation to profitability
• Skill and ability to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely
• Must maintain a high level of integrity
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must have excellent interpersonal abilities and customer service skills
