The Teacher Assistant I supports the Teacher Lead in planning activities and caring for children in the classroom, providing a quality experience focused on YMCA values.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in childcare
- 12 continuing education units annually
- CPR/AED & First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
