Job Description
Be a Lifeguard at the Southlake YMCA in Crown Point, IN! Learn life-saving skills, build relationships, and gain confidence around water in a fun and safe learning environment.
Requirements
- Current nationally recognized certification (First Aid, BLS, and Oxygen Administration)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively to diverse groups of people
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- High school degree preferred
- Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
- Ability to work in a variety of environments (humidity, dampness, and heat)
- Sufficient strength, agility, and mobility to perform job responsibilities
