Leader on Duty

We are looking for a motivated & energetic individual to join our Leader on Duty team at the YMCA. This person will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and providing direction for the entire branch and grounds, including parking lots, and promoting a safe, friendly, and fun culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate and communicate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
• Complete New Employee Orientation, MOD Orientation Training, and CPR/AED/First Aid/Oxygen certification within 30 days of hire.
