As a Manager at CrossCountry Consulting, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams and developing junior team members, and participating in business development activities.

Requirements

• Comprehensive Diligence: Bring a diligence mindset to build innovative solutions for clients looking to leverage data for performance analytics and insights
• Strategic Counsel: Provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders
• Data Analytics: Perform data extraction, transformation, modeling, data visualization, benchmarking, and various descriptive and predictive analyses
• High-Performing Teams: Lead high-performing teams in data analytics, consulting, and/or private equity
• Client Interaction: Cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones
• Innovation: Develop and support thought leadership and intellectual capital
