Requirements

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
• Calm, clear communication style and a natural sense of service
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a bonus but personality matters more
• Comfortable navigating digital tools, travel systems, or booking platforms
• Able to stay solution-oriented and professional under pressure
