Tech Lead Manager (f/m/d)

As a Tech Lead Manager at Cropster, you will guide a dedicated team of software engineers to build exceptional products while nurturing their professional growth. You will shape not only what we build but how we build it, leading by example and fostering a culture of open communication, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on software engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience in people management, including coaching, mentorship, and performance management
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles
• Experience coordinating cross-team technical initiatives
• Ability to act as a connector between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Commitment to building strong working relationships
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and removing blockers for the team
• Ability to engage in constructive conflict, build consensus, and “disagree and commit” when needed
• Exceptional communication skills
