Director of Operations

Critical Control is a family-owned disaster recovery company based in California with boots on the ground nationwide. As Director of Operations, you will drive elite execution across operations, technician performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability with speed, precision, and zero tolerance for mediocrity.

Requirements

• Background in disaster restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or other directly related field services
• Large loss experience working with deals $5m+
• Proven success scaling operations from $5-10M to $30-50M+ in restoration, field services, or fast-paced ops-heavy businesses
• Experience as a player-coach leader, building strategy and executing it hands-on
• Tech-savvy, systems-minded, and allergic to chaos
• Acquisition and integration experience to enable smooth operational integration post-acquisition
• Strong change management skills to drive cultural and process adoption across growing teams
• Sales connections within restoration, mitigation, or construction verticals are advantageous
