Lead Software Engineer (Full-stack) (On-site)

Cricut is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their development team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in software development and be highly proficient in Angular 16+, TypeScript, JavaScript, and C#/.NET. They will work across the entire technology stack, blending expertise in frontend web/desktop development with robust backend services.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in software development
• BS/MS in Computer Science or commensurate industry experience
• Highly proficient in Angular 16+ (7+ years), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and C#/.NET
• Strong experience in RESTful APIs, cloud-based web services, and Relational/Non-relational databases
• Ability to design and develop reusable front-end components
• Proficient in Test Driven Development (TDD), automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep knowledge of concurrency, resiliency, caching, and scalable software architecture
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• A passion for quality, design, and attention to detail
