Job Description
This Solutions Engineer role focuses on bridging the gap between Sales and Technology. The role involves configuring demo environments, delivering software demonstrations, providing technical assistance, and developing integrations. A technical expert will collaborate with National Account Executives and Partner Managers to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of the background screening industry (preferred)
- Functional understanding of APIs and browser-based integrations
