Job Description
CrewBloom is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to build and maintain relationships, drive sales, and manage sales pipeline. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Business Development Representative or similar sales role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Quick understanding of customer needs
