Job Description
CrewBloom is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to build and maintain strong relationships, make business decisions, and manage sales pipelines. This role involves sales calls, demos, relationship building, lead qualification, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Business Development Representative
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
