Job Description
This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focuses on driving initial sales for a HubSpot expert within a team, utilizing outbound prospecting strategies. The SDR will identify and engage potential clients through outreach to contribute to overall sales success. Strong communication, organizational, and research skills are key.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience
- At least 2 years of experience in cold calling / lead generation for IT staffing and professional services
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
