Job Description
This Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focuses on generating qualified leads for CrewBloom. The SDR will conduct outbound prospecting, building relationships with potential clients through communication, CRM, and effective engagement. This is a full-time position with a focus on achieving sales targets in a remote work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling / lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
