Job Description
CrewBloom is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive initial sales efforts through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and engaging potential clients. The role requires proactive outreach strategies, appointment scheduling, and maintaining detailed records. SDRs will be responsible for identifying needs and offering value to prospects.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or equivalent experience.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in coldcalling / lead generation for IT staffing and professional services.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive approach
- Ability to research potential clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills
