Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional sales-driven individual to serve as the primary point of contact for clients while supporting the management of our social media presence. The position also involves assisting clients with onboarding and providing an engaging experience on social media.
Requirements
- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with CRM systems, email, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
- Experience with social media content creation and basic graphic/video tools (Canva, etc.) preferred
