Job Description
This Hubspot Coordinator role focuses on optimizing sales processes and productivity, particularly through leveraging HubSpot and Apollo CRM tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data management, lead enrichment, and automation workflows. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to improve efficiency across the sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or other related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, data management, or B2B sales.
- At least 6 months of experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
- 1-2 years in client success or end-to-end sales experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier integration for sales workflows and automation.
- Internet connection with at least 15 Mbps for primary connection, 10 Mbps for backup.
- Primary device equipped with at least Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor.
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Smartphone for communication, verification, and work.
