Job Description
Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for managing collections, invoicing, and payments. The role involves timely collection of overdue invoices, communication with clients, and maintaining a positive relationship. The position is remote and includes a 4 USD per hour hourly rate.
Requirements
- Experience in a Finance or Billing Department preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to adapt to new software and systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Accountability to the department and organizational numbers
- Ability to quickly pivot and meet deadlines
