We are CREtelligent, a company that simplifies commercial property data sources, predictive analytics, and due diligence technology to revolutionize the underwriting and due diligence process. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to shape how we engage prospects and customers through standout campaigns.
Requirements
- AA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or at least four years of equivalent marketing experience
- Two or more years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally with exposure to email marketing, digital advertising, and content development
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
- Experience managing social media channels and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Comfort using marketing technology platforms and basic data analysis
