Job Description
We are looking for individuals to join our contractor network to help expand our commercial environmental due diligence investigation. As a contractor, you will conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, review historical records, conduct site inspections, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Requirements
- Environmental Professional (EP) as defined by All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI)
- 5+ years' experience conducting Phase I ESAs or related environmental assessments in the commercial real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in geology, environmental science, engineering, or similar discipline (preferred).
