Sr Sales Executive

Facility Systems Services Inc. (FSSI), a Crete United company, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of commercial HVAC and MEP services across North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience selling MEP, HVAC, or building services and a track record of success.

Requirements

• Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities across HVAC service, controls, and energy efficiency markets
• Manage a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM, from first contact to final signature
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
• Strengthen and expand long-term client relationships to maximize recurring revenue
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
