Lead Software Engineer

Crestron Electronics, Inc is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of next-generation software solutions that power intelligent systems across residential and commercial markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C#,.NET, and software architecture, and will lead efforts to design and deliver cutting-edge applications that span smart home automation, A/V distribution, climate control, and commercial environmental systems.

Requirements

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and configuration of Commercial and Residential applications
• Spearhead the design and development of robust backend systems and services using C# and.NET
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive architectural decisions
• Provide leadership and technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
• Actively participate in code reviews, unit testing, and pair programming sessions
