Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent to join their growing team. The role involves executing packaging tasks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. Cresco Labs focuses on professionalizing cannabis through regulatory compliance and providing a positive work environment, focusing on Social Equity.
Requirements
- 1 year (2-3 years preferred) of hands-on experience in a factory/production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict procedures.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
