Forklift Operator (1st Shift)

Forklift Operator (1st Shift) responsible for moving materials throughout the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner, providing logistics services to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Safety: Read, understand, and follow safety requirements
• People: Motivated member of the Crescent team, able to work individually and in a team
• Productivity: Operate forklift efficiently, communicate with Production to prioritize inventory, and maintain good workflow
• Quality: Load trucks according to Crescent and Customer requirements, accurately verify and count items, and maintain customer or inventory separation
• Customer Value: Handle customer owned product with care, work efficiently to provide on-time delivery, and identify continuous improvement efforts
• Financial: Provide ideas to improve productivity, GMPs, and RSW, and look for ways to increase sustainability
• Cultural Competencies: Do It Right, Do It Safe, and Do It Well
