Crescendo is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to own and expand relationships with key accounts across diverse industries. The role involves building deep, strategic relationships with decision-makers, developing multi-year growth plans, and driving revenue across sophisticated organizations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling SaaS, CX, AI, or related technology solutions
- Expertise in building and executing multi-year account strategies
- Ability to lead high-stakes, strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders
- Exceptional executive presence and interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset and self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of customer experience trends and the competitive technology landscape across multiple sectors
