Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in owning and scaling consumer lending products
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with a diverse team
- Ability to produce quality product requirements while working closely with product designers and other product managers/leads
- Experience in using tools like JIRA, Confluence and other flowcharting tools
- Ability to manage a product in a globally distributed environment
