Job Description
The Sales Trainer is responsible for preparing new hires for success in the Sales Operations Department at CreditAssociates, focusing on both onboarding and ongoing performance improvement. This role bridges the gap between the sales floor and management, driving development, and ensuring top-performing reps maintain consistent results. The role involves training, performance coaching, quality assurance, and content development.
Requirements
- Experience in sales training, coaching, or sales enablement
- Proven success in exceeding expectations in a high-volume sales call center
- Ability to motivate and elevate both new and tenured reps
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills
- Experience utilizing an LMS (Rise a plus), Salesforce, and Microsoft suite
- Data-driven mindset
- Background in debt settlement or financial services a strong plus
