Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager will work with the Branch Manager to develop a highly effective team that consistently meets or exceeds sales and service goals. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all credit union services and activities of the Branch.

Requirements

• Develop team members through coaching and training to meet or exceed sales and service standards
• Review and evaluate reports of Branch activities
• Meet with team members regularly to review performance and hold them accountable to sales and service goals
• Conduct annual performance evaluations
• Administer corrective action when necessary
