FULL-TIME TELLER

This full-time Teller position at a credit union involves performing member transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with teller/cash handling, a 10-key calculator, and good interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance with BSA/AML/CIP regulations and providing exceptional member service.

Requirements

• Perform routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Verify and process transactions under dual control, including night drop, mail, and ATM deposits.
• Sell credit union monetary instruments.
• Provide members with needed forms and receipts.
• Account balances verification and cash/instrument handling.
• Customer service and conflict resolution.
• Maintaining member records.
