Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership and operational experience in banking or neo-banking
- Entrepreneurial spirit, test and learn mindset
- Track record of managing fast growth with high-performing teams
- MBA preferred, strategy consulting experience a plus
- Strong product knowledge, market experience
