Job Description
Credit Acceptance is an award-winning company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader of ML and AI Solutions to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in decision science, machine learning, and generative AI with a proven track record in solving business problems and implementing large-scale automated solutions.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, ML, Data Science, or a related field (preferred MS/MBA or PhD)
- 10+ years of experience of leading the development and integration of large-scale machine learning solutions on cloud (real-time or near-real-time)
- Strong Problem-solving and collaborative skills to lead cross-functional initiatives and partnering with stakeholders across engineering, product, data and business operations teams.
