Job Description
Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate Professional Occupational Therapist to provide consistent hours at their hospital in Peru, IN. The role involves a variety of clients, including inpatient and outpatient treatments, with a focus on patient-centered care, flexible schedules, and no productivity standards. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients using therapeutic procedures to address deficits in self-care skills and improve independence.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and five years of direct practice experience.
- Current license/certification in the state of practice.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adequate computer skills for job duties.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
