MM Production Lead-2nd Shift

Assists overseas and coordinates the efficient responsibilities of employees engaged in packaging of finished products. Oversees and directs employees to maintain or improve safety throughput, product quality and facility appearance.

• 1+ years of experience working in a food manufacturing facility
• Maintain a safe work environment and adheres to all company safety policies
• Previous or proven leadership skills
• Ability to pre-plane and be proactive
• Strong problem-solving skills
