Job Description
Perform equipment tear downs, diagnose, maintain, and repair injection molds and associated equipment, ensuring consistent quality and minimizing production downtime.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience in plastic injection mold maintenance
- Basic Blueprint reading (CAD experience a plus)
- Machining practices related to mold industry
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Mold metals and application and repair methods
- Hydraulic build and repairs
- Basic Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and dependable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as a team member and leader
- Forklift experience
- Overhead crane experience
