Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced RN to lead hospital relationships, manage critical care transitions from NICU/PICU to homecare, and oversee clinical education and training across multiple markets.
Requirements
- Active FL RN license (compact eligible)
- Significant NICU, PICU, or pediatric critical-care experience
- Experience in clinical education, training, or nursing leadership
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and presentation abilities
- Ability to travel ~75% across Florida and Texas
- Valid driver’s license and insurance required
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Frequent use of computer, phone, and office equipment
