Director of Engineering & Process Improvement

Drive operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations by evaluating processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable gains in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives across engineering, production, and supply chain
• Analyze workflows and apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven tools to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency
• Coach and mentor teams to strengthen accountability, innovation, and performance
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to standardize best practices and optimize collaboration
• Utilize ERP systems for process control, cost tracking, and production scheduling
• Facilitate Kaizen events, RCAs, and corrective action projects for sustainable improvement
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and visual management systems
• Define KPIs to track improvement results and ensure alignment with business goals
• Oversee capital and process improvement projects from concept to completion with measurable ROI
• Serve as a visible advocate for Lean culture and operational excellence
