We’re seeking an Accounting and Benefits Manager (ABM) who values accuracy, structure, and collaboration. This role oversees payroll, accounting, financial reporting, and employee benefits administration.
Requirements
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes and reporting.
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, A/P, and A/R.
- Reconcile bank, cash, and credit card accounts.
- Process payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Audit inventory valuation and pricing data for accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports for leadership decision-making.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
- Administer employee benefits programs (enrollment, updates, issue resolution).
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support recruiting, offer coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, labor, and benefits regulations.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.
