Webinar Producer (Singapore/Hong Kong)

Crawford Group is seeking an Event Technologist & Webinar Producer for a client of ours. This position is a hybrid role that can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Requirements

• Review event details and stakeholder requirements
• Configure event pages and registration on Cvent
• Manage technical elements of webinar rehearsals, recordings, live sessions and simulive playback
• Edit event and session footage for on-demand playback
• Prepare post-event debrief documents for client
• Produce livestream feed using proprietary software and stream decks
• Train and brief third-party vendors regarding on-site event technical elements
• On-Site Support (if requested)
