The Project Architect is a licensed professional who oversees the development of the design of a project and collaborates with designers and clients to ensure quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Analyze and develop approaches to the creation of architectural design, design development and construction documents
- Develop, modify and/or review drawings according to established standards
- Review of developer’s architectural documents for contractual compliance with design standards
- Completion of feasibility and concept studies
- Master planning
- Provides construction administration services - overseeing the project completion
- Development of As-Built drawing sets to deliver to client
- Digital rendering and 3D modeling presentations/design drawings
- Client, consultant and contractor project information coordination
- Maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors and construction team, answer questions and provide solutions
- Creating client presentations and interviews
- Mentoring and directing work of graduate architects in developing solutions to technical and design detail problems following established standards
