Coverflex is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to enrich, engage, and qualify potential customers, acting as the first point of contact for many prospects and helping build a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
Requirements
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily
- Able to conduct exploratory lead research and turn leads into opportunities
- Not afraid of hearing ‘no’ and sees it as part of the process
- Data-driven and interested in scalable marketing processes
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and beyond a narrow scope
- Iterative and curious mindset
- Go-getter and self-driven attitude
- Outcome-focused approach: good enough over perfect
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
