Job Description
Covera Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles across the company, focusing on clinical operations, provider engagement, and population health. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in the health tech space, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the health tech space
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to source and engage passive talent using a range of techniques and tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results
