Job Description
Application Analyst, IT Care Manager Support, responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting software applications, and interfacing with end-users and other IT groups to identify and resolve application issues.
Requirements
- Act as interface between the user, vendor, and systems programming and operations.
- Ensure that IT applications are functional, available, and meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
- Determine root cause of application problems, coordinate solutions among appropriate teams, and document resolution.
- Train the user and/or other IT staff in the interpretation of information systems features and functions, reports, system capabilities, and limitations
- Interface with user community to understand their security and business needs and implement solutions to accommodate them.
