Requirements

• Facilitates daily maintenance operation
• Conducts regular walk-throughs and visual assessments
• Develops and oversees preventative maintenance process
• Manages repair work order process
• Ensures quality assurance for work performed
• Serves as Project Manager for major projects
• Maintains adequate inventory of parts and supplies
• Assists with bidding out projects and getting competitive quotes
• Implements Company guidelines on preservation of historic structures and assets
• Provides training to property leadership
• Manages maintenance staff
• Enforces safety procedures
