Bartender - Ambassador Hotel Kansas City - We are seeking a skilled bartender to join our team at the Ambassador Hotel Kansas City. As a bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional drinking and dining experiences at the bar, producing all cocktails and beer for the dining room and bar, and remaining attentive and hospitable to guests.

Requirements

• Observe customers as they enter the bar area and ensure they are greeted promptly and properly
• Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant's standard drink recipes
• Upsell drink specials and food items as directed by management
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable)
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas
