AM Server - The Loom Hotel

The server is the conductor of the dining room, responsible for leading and maintaining communication between the service team and providing thoughtful, empathy-driven service to guests.

Requirements

• Greet guests within 1 minute of being seated
• Provide food and beverage service in an efficient manner
• Be knowledgeable of the menu, brands, prices and options
• Take guest orders and input orders accurately in the point-of-sale system
• Communicate allergy and dietary restriction information clearly
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations
• Clear plates and crumb tables
• Present the check and handle transactions
• Keep the table areas and bar clean and properly stocked
