Trainer

Courthouse Club Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Fitness Coach to engage members in group fitness programs. The role involves onboarding new members, promoting classes, building relationships, and fostering a welcoming community. The ideal candidate will be a motivating force, knowledgeable in fitness, and passionate about helping members achieve their health goals.

Requirements

• Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, Mossa, Les Mills)
• Previous experience teaching group fitness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented
• Passion for fitness and ability to lead by example
• Availability to teach group classes (evenings and weekends)
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
