Senior Director of Product Design (Coupang Ads)

We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Design to lead our UXD and UXR teams. As a core part of the ads leadership team, you will work with your counterparts in product, engineering, and data science to identify problems, strategize solutions, and priorities. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Product design or Product research, 5+ years of leadership experience, and a strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and data analysis techniques.
